Battery C, 160th Field Artillery Battalion, 45th Infantry Division is remembered with lasting appreciation for Korean War veterans, honoring sacrifice made in defense of freedom. Dedicated by the Shriver Family, it recognizes the Battery C 160 FA BN men who were mobilized at this site on Sept. 1, 1950, and who demonstrated commitment and courage. It also records Korean War casualties for the USA as 54,229 killed in action, 103,248 wounded, 8,142 missing in action, and 3,746 captured.
