Built in 1824 by Caleb Blodgett, the Old Brick Stagecoach Inn and Tavern served at different times as a coach stop, inn, tavern, dance hall, town meeting place, school, Underground Railroad station and safehouse, millinery shop, general grocery store, restaurant, ice cream parlor, and general residence.
