Burch, Edward Cussler, Robert B. Gentles, William Herterich, Frederick B. Humphreys, Louis R. Hungerford, Reid M. Hungerford, Charles L. Johnson, August E. Lundmark, Herman O. Lundmark, George O’Connor, William H. Parker, John A. Swanson, Peter Szaboly, Donald C. Tiebout, William B. Tieboult Jr., Malcolm I. Waite, John A. Wilson, Julius L. Wilson, and Earl Woodin. Their service was honored with Abraham Lincoln’s words that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.
