Bull Lake Glacier
Nature
Bull Lake Glacier lies in Wyoming’s northern Wind River Range, just east of the Continental Divide in the Fitzpatrick Wilderness of Shoshone National Forest. Part of one of the largest concentrations of glaciers in the American Rocky Mountains, it begins below the summit of Jackson Peak and flows eastward. A moraine separates it from neighboring Lower Fremont Glacier. Its setting and scale make it one of the notable high-mountain glaciers of the Wind River Range.
