Richard Luhn built this building in 1939 on the site of Anderson's blacksmith shop. It housed his realty business and a dentist's office. Robert Smith's First Properties realty followed. Lawyer Tim Martin added an addition in 1982. Waterman Enterprises, Inc. bought the building in 1986 and changed the façade. It housed a wide variety of businesses before becoming John L. Scott Realty in 2013.
