Harrison Covered Bridge stood north of West Union, Indiana, as a double-span Burr Arch road bridge built in 1866 by J. J. Daniels after floodwaters destroyed the earlier Star Mill Covered Bridge. Parke County hired Daniels first to clear the wreckage, then to build the replacement, which was named for William Henry Harrison. No photographs of it are known, and its exact appearance remains uncertain. Like the bridge before it, it was damaged by flooding in 1875, likely because the crossing was too narrow and low. Temporary repairs kept it in use until the wider, higher West Union Covered Bridge replaced it by September 1876.
