Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary in Norfolk, Massachusetts, is a 107-acre protected landscape managed by the Massachusetts Audubon Society alongside the neighboring Bristol Blake State Reservation through a cooperative arrangement with the state Department of Conservation and Recreation. A one-mile wheelchair-accessible trail circles Stony Brook Pond and reaches a waterfall at the site of a former mill, blending natural scenery with evidence of earlier land use. Its 525-foot boardwalk crosses wetlands around Teal Marsh and Kingfisher Pond. The sanctuary is known for close wildlife viewing and also serves as a small nature center with exhibits, programs, a gift shop, play and picnic areas, and a butterfly garden.
