Entiat Glacier
Nature
Entiat Glacier lies on the northeast slopes of Mount Maude in Washington’s Wenatchee National Forest. Set in a cirque above the Entiat Valley, it is the source of the Entiat River. The glacier is broken or disconnected in several places, with its southern section being the largest. High on Mount Maude, it is part of the alpine icefields that supply streams and rivers in this area of the Cascades.
