Pelican Point State Recreation Area is an undeveloped protected area on Lake Metigoshe in North Dakota, about 10 miles northeast of Bottineau. Part of the North Dakota state park system, it covers 25 acres and is accessible only on foot. With no developed trails or formal amenities, its significance lies in preserving a natural landscape whose character is shaped by the absence of built facilities.
