Graham Peak is a 12,536-foot mountain in the San Juan Mountains of southwestern Colorado, within the Rocky Mountains. It rises in the Weminuche Wilderness of San Juan National Forest, about 37 miles south of Lake City. Its prominent summit and location in the Weminuche place it within one of Colorado’s large, rugged backcountry landscapes. Graham Peak is significant less as a developed destination than as a remote wilderness mountain in the San Juans.
