Huntington Gap Wildlife Management Area is a 1,602-acre state-owned wildlife refuge in central Vermont, spanning Huntington, Buels Gore, and Fayston within the Camel's Hump Forest Reserve. Bordered largely by Camel's Hump State Park, it centers on Huntington Gap, a low saddle crossed by the Long Trail, Catamount Trail, and a VAST snowmobile trail. The refuge's eastern edge follows the spine of the Green Mountains, creating a sharp rise from about 1,100 feet on the west to heights above 2,800 feet. Fully forested and shaped by Baker's Brook and Jones Brook, it forms part of the larger protected landscape around Camel's Hump.
