Mount Naomi Wilderness is a 44,523-acre protected area in northern Utah within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, preserving a large section of the Bear River Range near Logan. Its rugged, heavily wooded terrain includes Naomi Peak, the wilderness’s highest point at 9,980 feet, along with deep western canyons and several other summits above 9,000 feet. The area is valued for high-country scenery and backcountry recreation, including hiking, camping, horseback riding, hunting, and wildlife watching. Tony Grove Lake and the foot-access-only White Pine Lake are popular destinations, and late July and August bring especially abundant wildflowers.
