East Fork Falls is a waterfall on East Fork Pine Creek in northeastern Oregon, in the southern part of the Wallowa–Whitman National Forest. It lies east of Baker City, a short distance north of the ghost town of Cornucopia near the Oregon–Idaho border. Reached from the Cornucopia trailhead by way of East Fork Trail #1865 in the southern Wallowa Mountains, it is known chiefly through its setting as a forest waterfall closely connected to the old Cornucopia mining area and the rugged mountain country around East Fork Pine Creek.
