Larkin Covered Bridge in North Tunbridge, Vermont, carries Larkin Road over the First Branch White River and was built in 1902, making it one of the last documented covered bridges erected during the state’s historic bridge-building period. A single-span multiple kingpost truss, it is 68 feet long and remains one of five covered bridges in Tunbridge. Its enclosed sides, metal roof, and slightly skewed portal openings give it a distinctive appearance. The bridge also belongs to a notable concentration of covered bridges along the First Branch White River and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
