Dr. Frampton Brosius, one of the town's early mayors and a community activist, constructed this building as a centralized location for doctors' offices, making it one of the first buildings in Hood River designed for that use. Built in two phases, the eastern half was erected in 1904 and the western addition was constructed a short time later.
