Spring Creek Hatchery State Park is a ten-acre Washington state park on Route 14 in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, across the Columbia River from Hood River, Oregon. Beside the Spring Creek National Fish Hatchery, it combines recreation with educational programs and self-guided tours. The park is especially known for its water access and powerful river conditions. Its five-acre windsurfing area, called The Hatchery or The Hatch, is regarded as expert-level because of its rough water and is also used for kiteboarding. Beyond the launch area, the park also offers picnicking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
