Seneca Fouts Memorial State Natural Area is a state park in Oregon’s northern Hood River County, in the Columbia River Gorge just west of Hood River. Managed by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, it lies within the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area beside an abandoned segment of the Historic Columbia River Highway. It is one of three natural areas near Mitchell Point, along with Vinzenz Lausmann Memorial State Natural Area and Wygant State Natural Area. Together, these nearby parks are recognized for scenic hiking and expansive views across the Gorge.
