Rollins State Park is a public recreation area on the southern slope of Mount Kearsarge in Warner, New Hampshire. It serves as the entrance to an auto road that climbs to within 0.5 miles of the summit, making the mountain easily accessible for scenic drives, picnicking, and short hikes. Trails from the road’s upper end continue on foot to the top. The park is also part of the 75-mile Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway, which connects Mount Kearsarge with other protected lands in the region. Named for New Hampshire Governor Frank W. Rollins, it combines local outdoor use with a larger network of conserved landscapes in central New Hampshire.
