This walkway is dedicated to all those who have bravely served and fought for this country, with a call never to forget the sacrifices that afforded the freedoms held so dearly. It specifically honors James Richard Bowden of Army Intelligence in the Korean War, William J. Jongebloed of the 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne, in Vietnam, Richard Ravenscraft of the US Army in Vietnam, Ron Swartz of the US Army in Vietnam, Edward J. Jungles of the Army's 97th Battalion in World War II, and the Wauconda Lions Club for proudly supporting all service members.
