Mount Tom is a summit in the Adirondack Mountains of Herkimer County, New York, located in the Town of Webb southeast of Little Rapids. Twitchell Mountain lies to its west and Sugarloaf to its south-southeast. It is one of the many named peaks that define this part of the Adirondacks, recognized chiefly for its place within the surrounding highland landscape rather than for a widely documented individual history.
