Honeycomb Glacier is a large glacier in Washington’s Glacier Peak Wilderness in the North Cascades. Most of it lies in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, with a small upper section extending into Wenatchee National Forest. Near the White River and Suiattle glaciers, it is separated from neighboring ice by an arête descending from the Kololo Peaks. It is regarded as one of the larger glaciers in the range, yet it has been shrinking since the Little Ice Age ended around 1850. From then to 2005, it retreated about 1.08 miles, with more than a quarter of that loss occurring after 1979, showing faster recession in recent decades.
