Williams Peak
Nature
Williams Peak is an eleven thousand six hundred twenty-foot mountain in Colorado’s Front Range, located in Arapaho National Forest about nineteen miles southeast of Kremmling. As a summit in the high country of north-central Colorado, it forms part of the forested and alpine landscape that characterizes this region. Although little additional historical context is available here, the peak stands as one of the named mountains that help define the terrain and identity of this part of the state.
