Beartrap Canyon Wilderness is a forty-acre protected area in southwestern Utah beside the Kolob Canyons region of Zion National Park. Established on March 30, 2009, by the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009, it includes part of Beartrap Canyon Creek, a tributary of the Wild & Scenic Virgin River, and lies directly west of the Zion Wilderness. The area was set aside to protect a narrow canyon landscape and its creek corridor at the edge of the national park. Access is from the LaVerkin Creek Trail in Zion National Park.
