Umbagog Lake State Park is a 1,360-acre park in Errol, New Hampshire, on the southern shore of Umbagog Lake beside the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge. Known for broad water views, wildlife habitat, and outdoor recreation, it offers swimming, camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, wildlife watching, picnicking, a campground, beach, boat launch, visitor center, marina, and boat rentals. A distinctive feature is its 33 wilderness campsites accessible only by boat, giving parts of the park a remote character. The park is also notable for exceptionally dark skies, being the only state park east of Michigan classified as Bortle 1, and it lay in the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse.
